Case Review

A Second Opinion on Your Cat's Condition

Veterinarians are working harder and harder.
Most veterinarians would love to spend more time discussing your cat, but there are always more patients waiting. 

At WellCat Chat we spend that time with you, and help you understand what is happening to your cat. 

When you book a  "Case Review":
1. We examine your cat's history before your appointment. 
2. We chat with you about the findings. 
3. We give some advice on the phone.
4. We send a written report with clear summary and recommendations.
5. We email a week later to see how you have got on.

NOTE - we cannot diagnose from the information given. We work within the facts given, and advise only. 

How it works:

1. Contact your veterinarian to get a copy of your cat's history. 
2. Email history to : stuart@wellcat.com.au. Include all clinical notes, laboratory results, and any other findings. 
3. Book an appointment by filling out the form online. There must be at least 48 hours netween booking and the time of your appointment, so that we can read through the history.
4. Connect via phone or Zoom at your appointment time for a 30 minute chat.
5. Within 48 hours after your review, we send a written a report with:
   1. A summary of the findings
   2. An explanation of your cat's condition, and what to expect as things progress.
   3. Possible options on where to go from here.
6. We send a folllow up email one week later to see how your have got on.

A Case Review does not replace a veterinary consult.

Any advice given is based on the information that we receive prior and during the review, and does not constitute a veterinary consult.
We do not prescribe any medications, and we do not perform any procedures.

If your cat is unwell, then you must not waste time. Make an appointment with a veterinarian and get them checked. It will help prevent your cat from getting worse, save you stress, and, the sooner things are checked, can actually save you money.
