Why can I only book 24 hours ahead, and not straight away?
WellCat Chat is not for emergencies.
If you are very concerned about your cat you MUST visit a veterinarian.
This time also lets us go through your information before the appointment, so that we get right to answering your questions, saving you time.

How can I get information from my veterinarian to WellCat Chat?
You have the right as a client to get a copy of your cat's history, including test results.
This can be for yourself, or to forward to another veterinarian.
If your veterinarian does not let you do this...time to find a new one. Seriously.

Why can I only book 2 weeks in advance?
Life is unpredictable...like our cats.
Things change, so we keep life simple by opening appointments two weeks before time.
Please contact us if you would like an appointment further ahead in time.

Why are there so many questions on booking?
These questions are what is called your cat's signalment.
They allow us to have a better idea about your cat...for example, young cats must have kitten food to grow well, and male cats are more prone to certain heart conditions.
It also saves your time during your chat, as we already know a lot of info.
